“Kevin was the absolute best! Added a new line to my existing T-Mobile account and he made the process of porting the number from Verizon so easy. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the iPhone accepting the new ESIM( not his fault), but he got it all sorted out for us! Excellent customer service, and super helpful!”

“I’ve been with spectrum for the last 9 years always having issues even when i bought a gaming router! I went to Facebook complaining about it my good friend Tiffany Hundley commented telling me all about what Verizon offers and she has the same plan never having issues and it came with a free Nintendo switch! That same day I went and switched my WiFi! Thank you so much Tiffany!!! And while I was there I saw another man helping this elderly man to use his new iPhone Awee it was so wholesome ❤️”

“Great people and very kind! Ended up getting a new phone today and the gentlemen who helped me do it was absolutely fantastic!!! The process was easy but a little time consuming. But as to be expected when transferring data from one device to another. The whole time he was super friendly and kept a conversation going while we were waiting for everything to finish up. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thanks again Teddy!!”

“Gas is always a good bit cheaper here than the surrounding area. By 10 to 20 cents. Not many snack options inside and compared to the raceway close by they are not as cheap on the snacks and drinks inside.”

“Our family recently stopped shopping right after opening due to poor management. On one occasion manager had someone coming in to interview while we were shopping, upon leaving of potential new hire manager was loud and stated the person looked like a "druggie". I personally feel as if that should have been kept confidential. We shopped again a week or so back and seen the store has a new manager. Mrs. Shannon was very pleasant and seemed like she was very eager to help. Poor Management kills Business and Sales. I hope that with new management this store can prosper.”
