I really appreciate their upfront pricing, their trauma informed approach, and the care that they give to my dog Rooster! I was very nervous to find a new veterinarian in the area after having a few bad experiences locally and I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have I found this place. Not only did they let you stay with your dog for most of the appointment which is really important to me but they have a very soft approach and didn’t at all make me feel like I was being rushed out. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone I meet! Thank you for taking care of me and my dog!

Without a doubt, Dr. Alisha Fennell and her staff are one of the most caring, compassionate,, dedicated group of pet providers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are down to earth, professional, and take the time to get know their pet patients, as well as pet parents. I have been going there for several years now, and most importantly my pup loves her ! I even had an emergency and was routed to her business partner Dr. Adams and received the same level of care and treatment.... I even received a follow up call the next day, to inquire about my pup, see if I had any questions, or needed anything additional... You just dont find these kind of folks anymore. I would encourage anyone who has moved to the area, or are in need of quality pet care to make them you first choice!

12117 Statesville Rd, HuntersvilleOctober 2024- Asheville's hurricane forced me to flee to Charlotte with my dog. I was staying with my sister and my dog got a hold of FOUR chocolate cake pops. I rushed her here and they were SO caring. Not only did they take care of the chocolate issue, my dog also had scabs from an allergy and they washed them out and gave me meds for it. This was such a professional, caring, and thorough veterinary visit. I won't get into specifics, but they went above and beyond for me knowing that I was from Asheville. After extensive research on different trainers and styles in the area, it sounded like BarkBusters would be a good fit. From the first session, we saw an immediate change in Foxie’s behavior. John and Diane taught us how to communicate with her and she was immediately responsive. Here we are not even 6 months later and Foxie does not run out the front door when guests arrive, she no longer jumps up to greet people, she does not bark at other dogs or people on our walks, and she sits and waits for her food, treats, and toys! We officially have the perfect pup and it’s all thanks to John and Diane teaching us how to communicate with Foxie.

I do not think even when other people are there that I have not been in and out in under 10 minutes.
The app is super easy to use. Gift cards are sometimes available at Costco in Mooresville for 80 cents on the dollar. Do note that when you use a gift card you do not collect Crumbl points for the order just FYI.
Will continue to use and would recommend.

I wish they carried more sugar free flavors than just chocolate though. Service is friendly. Plenty of seating inside and clean bathrooms. The outside seating area is so much fun for kids. Lots of rocks to play in and a couple picnic tables to sit at. They have ample parking.

What really stood out was the service. Jon was our server, and he was fantastic. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure our table was always taken care of without being overbearing. His friendly personality and knowledge really added to the experience and made the visit that much better.
If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy craft beer with top-notch service, definitely stop by and ask for Jon or Gabe!

We sat outside and there was another waitress outside who came back several times for her tables and our waitress came back twice. When my food came out, part of it was missing an ingredient I added on and had to wait a while just to eat it since our waitress didn’t come to even check on the food so I could get the missing ingredient by itself. I had to grab the other waitress just to get our check and we were not her table. I’m not sure if she just forgot about us or what. It was around 4pm so not like there was a huge dinner rush.
