1341 N Main St, MarionI am so happy with this veterinary clinic. I will be going here from now on. They fit me in with a quick appointment, because my dog was having ear issues. I'm disabled, so my friend had to take Sophie.In. they let you go back with your pet and see everything that's going on, and how they treat your pet.They were so good with her.They actually called me on video call.So that I could see everything that was going on.I am so impressed with the way that they handled not only my pet but me. It cost me less than my other vet did, and they did such a fantastic job with her.

9440 NC-226A, MarionGreat lunch stop if you're coming through town, but trust me, if you're here in the evenings go upstairs! Beautifully remodeled bar, one of my favorite places in NC! Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff and regulars, fun local folks and tourists always coming through. I'm a steak nerd, so a little tough to please, but Donny hits the mark every time, beautiful filets, hand cut ribeyes, now he's doing prime rib! Thick cut pork chop, pasta, can't say enough. Usually live music Friday and Saturdays during tourist season, Great spot to have a few beers with Jose behind the bar, a burger, and watch a ball game.

Artesana Ice Cream
76 S Main St, MarionA sweet treat on Main Street. The lady behind the counter was very patient and nice, and the service was very swift as I had barely finished paying and was handed three cones.
The store inside, as well as the outside seating, was all very clean and orderly. The interior of the shop was bright and the menu was simple and easy to understand, so simple my 6 year old was ready to order after about 45 seconds.
My daughter particularly enjoyed her cookies and cream on a cake cone. The caramel ice-cream, peanut butter and the waffle cones were equally delicious. With the tip the price averaged out to about 6.50 per cone; however the portions were larger than I was expecting.
Overall it was a fun experience for the whole family and I heartily recommend it to anyone with a craving for a quick scoop of homemade ice-cream.

2070 Rutherford Rd, MarionCountryside is one of our favorite restaurants in Marion! We moved here last winter and every time we visit, the service is quick and the food is hot and fresh. We love that we never have to wait or ask for the check, they leave it every single time on the table so you can check out up front whenever you’re done eating. They always check on us when our food is delivered to make sure we have everything we need and often the servers are mind readers and bring a side of ranch and gravy when they deliver my chicken tenders & ask if I’d like either. I don’t have to ask them and wait for them to bring it to me. Not often do many restaurant do this so it stood out to me! I also love that they leave a pitcher of the beverage you order on the table so that if you’re engaging with friends or family, we can help ourselves to refills and they don’t have to worry about interrupting a party or neglecting them. As a couple who has spent years in hospitality and the service industry, we absolutely appreciate all of the thoughtfulness that goes into their day to day and will always keep coming back for the great food & service!
