“Great selection! Super friendly staff! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, the floor sales representative walked us to the area we were looking for and helped us select the correct size. She also offered to hold the merchandise at the register while we continued to shop around so I wouldn't have to carry it. The clerk at the register was very personable and seemed very invested in our experience at the store. He smiled and laughed with us during the transaction. Excellent staff! Great experience! “I've always liked going to Rack Room Shoes for their BOGO deals and convenience on locating shoes. This store is always super clean and never too busy whenever I go, even on the weekends. Now for some reason my size (size 6) is usually very limited whenever I go and find a shoe I actually like but they can order it for you online and have it shipped completely free to your home. They have lots of options for kids and women as well. I didn't venture too much to the men's side, but from what I saw, they had a decent selection for them. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They are located in a shopping center with a Harris Teeter directly in front of them. They have a big open parking lot so PLENTY of parking spaces to choose from. Definitely recommend coming to this location. It's super close from my home, and they have a wide variety of things, including socks.”

“I recently went to Rack Room to get a new pair of tennis shoes at this location and the customer service was lovely! Upon walking in the door, I was warmly greeted by multiple employees. Taylor helped me out tremendously and made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. I had several shoes in mind that I wanted to try on and Taylor was more than happy to help me find each one. She was obviously very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated her patience. Good customer service seems to be rare these days (in my opinion) and it was so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer during my visit the other day. Shout out to the assistant managers Taylor and Brittany, and their associates for making the Poplin Place Rack Room and enjoyable place to shop!”
