“We host a 3 day pinball festival in a large pavilion with Cinder Block walls. We had tried personal hotspots and were frustrated by time limits, speeds that differed by how much you prepaid, and bad signal. DayPass'es hotspots worked great in this environment. We rented 5 for use in 4 locations with a spare and didn't experience a single drop out or failure. During the show we lost the return box and label. I emailed DayPass and they sent me the info to ship the hotspots back and let me know I didn't need to rush as I was still breaking down the festival. Thanks for everything DayPass, we'll be using you every year!”

“Stopped in for some maintance on my cell today. Mark Dorsey in the University Commons store in Wilmington NC was so wonderful to me. First, he is so knowledgeable we didn't even need to send cell in for repairs....he repaired it right at his desk!! Such a relief. He then showed me some quicker ways to work in my business accounts/with my emails. Lots of little tips no one had explained before! I left so hapoy and RELIEVED.The entire store was filled with wonderful and kind employees. They are not just kind to the customers, but to each other. It was wonderful to see and experience! I'd recommend this store to anyone I cared about needing a cell phone!Mark is such an star in that store! ?? So professsional and friendly and kind! He made sure I received the promotions offered and checked for the best service plan for my needs. He even walked me to the door. Actually, they always do when I visit the 343 S College store.
