I feel it needs to be a little updated in some areas when you walk in the 1 3 and 5 dollar area needs to be stocked The drinks at the registers those machines need to be fixed cause they’re not very cold and where Joanna Gaines area is it’s never stocked either compared to some other stores I’ve been into in the area but overall I do shop there and I get what I need thank you”

I was shopping in the Men's department and an older well dressed genteman named Ed helped me find a great custom suit. They don't have any opportunities to leave their station, they are forced to stand in one spot waiting for someone to show up.”

But always walk out w/ something at least. Place is clean, employees are always helpful, carry pleasant, cheery vibes. Homegood section isnt huge, but can find some good deals usually. Same with cosmetics/skincare. All in all, I recommend stopping in.”

    “I love Nordstrom. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing. There’s not one in the city where I live. I always make it a point to come here whenever I’m visiting Cincinnati. I really needed a couple of nice dresses that I could transition into fall and wear variety of occasions. The sweetest lady who works in the designer section came over to help me even though I was not shopping in the designer section. She pointed out pieces that had an elevated look to them were well-made and flattering for my body. She came to the dressing room and checked on me and gave me feedback and got me sizes. I walked out with two dresses that I’m super excited about. That hardly ever happens to me. This sweet lady that was working the designer section and women’s clothing today needs a raise. She is a gem.”
