“Any vintage or new amplifier I brought to be worked on was fixed/recapped/retubed/modified or cleaned in a reasonable time. Highly recommended, I do not know of many places in Cleveland that can service and fix old Fender and Sunn Amplifiers other than this”
“Mike was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job setting me up with a phone upgrade. I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Instead of trying to make a few extra dollars he was realistic and considered what was in my best interest. He was also very respectful and professional. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”

Best selection of cds ive seen in a very long time. Also has records, tapes (like vcr tapes), video games, figurines, miscellaneous novelty items, consoles, comics, etc.
Had a wide range of games and consoles, including newer issues of retro consoles, but also OGs. Saw switch, gameboy, n64, nes/snes. Ps1, ps2 and on. For sega, games I saw were primarily genesis but they had some.other consoles. I didnt see game gear or master system.
Got some tapes and I really like this place. I recommend but dont expect flea market /yard sale prices.”

Initially they said they’d have the lamp ready in a couple of days, but we were going to be out of town for the week so they got everything repaired within just a few hours! “If u have metro go to the 93rd and Harvard location u won't be disappointed. Ameer is the man in charge and his service is next level!!!!! It was the 4th store I visited before I actually got good help even though I've been with Metro for 10+ years but ya'll trust me on this. Ameer will look out and bless you. Just a heads up prepare to free up a few hrs because if he is busy he's multitasking taking care of multiple people at once but it well worth the wait!!!!! Thanks Ameer, I love my new Moto Edge!!!!!! Also, this store has tons of stock compared to two other Metros that only had 1 phone in stock. Do yourself a favor and good to the hood and holler at Ameer! Above and beyond service, plus a stand up very cool dude!!!”

“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”
“There are a lot of options out there to purchase electronics, but I always choose this Best Buy location even if it costs a little bit more. The store is always well-organized, they have everything I need in stock, and if I need help someone is always there to assist me. Having the Geek Squad in the same location is convenient for me when I have a laptop issue. A+++++ Customer Service!!”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
