“Great service!!!!! My boyfriend went into get his new phone turned on and get his stuff switched over. His old phone was having so many issues even at the store.They did everything they could do. His old phone died so they tried to get it charged enough to get everything switched over and his phone was just being a pain. He got his new phone turned on,but unfortunately none of his stuff switched over(not due to them,they did everything they could to try to get it switched over) . They really went above and beyond for him. They even gave him a charger box(which we really needed)
Amara and Jason helped him.He said they were really cool people. They deserve 10 stars for having to deal with his old phone. Luckily they set things up so we can do a smart switch. I know how to switch things over from phone to phone so we are good.

“Great customer service in this store! Why did I have to go to this store? No one online could help me unless I gave them a four digit PIN. Unfortunately, when they switched from Cincinnati Bell to AltaFiber, I was never asked to create a PIN. Their alternate plan when I called was to have me give them a copy of my driver's license! Does this sound like a potential for identity theft? If I had not received great customer service at the store, I would have cancelled. AltaFiber....get another, safer way to verify who you are before there is a huge identity theft problem!”

“This 5* review is strictly for Jimmy B at T-Mobile Colerain location. He was absolutely amazing, patient and fixed every possible issue that was in his control. He was able to pair and fix my watch/phone pairing so it would work without my phone a service I have been paying for but wasn't working correctly for months. He went over and beyond the expectations I had with all the services for my phone lines and watches along with explaining in depth the promotions available and how they works and made sure to answer all my questions until I fully understood my account. He helped my mother and daughter with her phone and watch upgrade and saved me money on top of it and also explained other promotions I could get with my account. The 611 customer care reps and supervisors I dealt with since July 18th have been horrible and awful and told me lies and B's and failed on their end by telling me they would do one thing and not even fill out their notes correctly even though their phone calls are recorded. Jimmy B took on responsibility of this chaotic situation apologized and explained everything that would need to happen from beginning to end and what their policy was because my original package was stolen. Even though he had no part of my situation with this package the original sale or the 611 calls, he made the transition and experience less stressful and was determined to fix what he could within reason and what he could. I have been with this company for years and if it weren't for his patience, the experience we had with his help, the in depth explanations and his loyalty/determination I would have cancelled everything and left T-Mobile. “They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”

I am a T-Mobile customer, about 4 months ago, I was having concerns with my cell phone, I visited the location at 218 Calhoun Street, in Cincinnati, OH 45219. I met an amazing resilient young lady by the name of Taylor Jones who was employed there she left a lasting impression in my life. Every time, I walk by T-Mobile location, I would think about her work ethics and customer service representative skills.
When she assisted me, I noticed her exceptional technical skill set with different functions and prompts. Her constant attention to detail were exceptional. I asked Taylor, “where did you learn how to install and insert information into my cell phone,” she stated “I learned it all on my own” with Taylor’s statement I thought she is self-taught which inspired me to learn as much as I could since I am an older lady.
I told her that I would do a google survey for her yet, I never did it so while I was at one of the public libraries on Friday 1/17/2025, I called T-Mobile to ask another question about WI-FI in the area where I reside. Taylor answered the phone, I remember her patient, kind, and considerate voice. I asked her if she remember me and she said ‘yes.’ We talked about WI-FI, not being in the area where I reside.
During our conversation she mention that her last day at T-Mobile would be Saturday (1/17/25,) I asked her why was she leaving, since I knew she was so compassionate and serious about her employment.
She stated that she was going to focus on “continuing her education first,” I was so proud of her because of how well verse her cell phone technology skills are and also her achievements.
I am doing this survey for Taylor, because she deserves recognition for being so dedicated to the T- Mobile business. Although, she will be pursing her education, could someone from the executive staff team call her and encourage her to keep thriving to do her best.
I know that she would definitely appreciate an executive from T-Mobile reaching out to her, Taylor definitely was an asset to T-Mobile, she was highly committed, consistently putting forth her best efforts, was very reliable and proactive in taking on responsibilities, always striving to improve and showing dedication to T-Mobile and her co-workers.
Before typing this survey for her I looked up every one of the executive names and their titles and was so impressed by an astronomical organization team that represent the T-Mobile.

“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member.
