“I stopped in to look at some shoes and had such a good shopping experience. The store was clean and well organized. All of the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. I was also surprised by their very shopper-friendly return policy. You have 30 days to return your purchase to any of their locations. That's unheard of to me. I sincerely don't think I'll need to return these but it's good to know that if I do, they've got my back. I tend to wear my shoes until my toes pop out, so I might not be the best customer, but I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future purchases.

“Victoria was great and assertive. Ordered a pair of Vans online and when I saw the colorway I knew I needed to exchange them. Called up the Vans store at summit mall explained the situation, was able to swap mine out for a brand new pair on the display and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Don't order online just stop in this vans store and see Victoria! Great Experience!!!”
“Visited Foot Locker and scoped out some kicks for my son. We saw a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $130. I told my son his budget was $100, so work within that. He was okay with it. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. When we checked out, they rang up as $99.99, so the manager had to adjust the price to match the sale price, but this was done with no issues. The staff was friendly and the shoes are trendy.”

“Bought a pair of Nike AirMax 270's back in March; happened to stumble upon the store and by sheer coincidence I found the AirMax 270's on a clearance rack for $65.99, compared to the typical $145 at other stores; 10 months later and they're still in fantastic condition! If I ever wander back down to Akron I will for sure be stopping back to find another great shoe steal! I highly recommend that you come here rather than go to DTLR/VILLA across the plaza; the price difference is amazing and Kicks Lounge is the go-to spot. Save Money, Find Kicks, Kicks Lounge!”

“This was a good stop when looking for a specific style of clothing and footwear. They had a fantastic selection and quality items. You just need to remember what you are shopping for (specialty items) and the quality you're getting because you're going to see it reflected on the price tag. ?
However, we found what we were looking for, snake skin cowboy boots, and my husband loves them! They are very stylish. He has had many compliments on them, and I'm talking about from other guys.
He saw a second pair of boots in a different style that he wants to go back and get - hold your horses and put it on your Christmas list, buddy! ?
The staff was knowledgeable about the product and instructed on care and upkeep/conditioning of the boots.
So, overall, we were very happy with the product and went into the store knowing what kind of ? we were going to spend.”
