Banfield Pet Hospital
99 Westerville Plaza, WestervilleThe office fee is now $73 just to see the vet, when it used to be closer to $50. It is $100 to get my cat rabies vaccinated. I’m being priced out of Banfield. The monthly OWP plans feel predatory, as they auto-renew into another 12-month contract by default when you signup. It’s unfortunate that the contract is written with no way to opt out of auto-renew without calling Banfield corporate, which is notoriously difficult to reach.
The staff and clinic are wonderful. They always treat me and my pet with care and kindness. My only small critique is that they still take pets “to the back” by default during appointments. If you ask, they’ll do the exam in the room, but you have to specifically request it.
Overall, great staff and availability, but corporate pricing and policies have become unreasonable; prices have increased 30–40% since 2020 ?

The staff is always friendly in person and responsive by text, and my dog comes home happy and exhausted after every multiday stay. They have about 2 acres fenced for outdoor play, and the dogs have easy access to stay in or go out as they wish. Having had a horrible experience with a place that charged less, we're happy to pay more for great care and a great facility.

Brian and Walt, the owners, work very hard, and you can truly feel their passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment. The customer service is out of this world—everyone is so kind, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food is very tasty I can confidently say this is the best service in Westerville, Ohio. The cozy atmosphere, and the friendly faces all come together to make this a must-visit spot. I can’t wait to go back! Keep up the great work! If you are looking for a new spot to hang out, you should try Grizzlybird… I think you will like it.

I called to explain and the manager Ryan was quick to offer many solutions and wanted to make sure they made it right. Mistakes happen. How you handle mistakes matters. One mistake by a busy pizza place in 10 years is best in the industry.

1180 County Line Rd, WestervilleI get lots of DoorDashes from here and decided to stop in to give them a try. The food is absolutely amazing! I had the breaded mushrooms and a pepperoni pizza. Absolutely the best pizza I’ve found anywhere in central Ohio! Affordable as well!
The mushrooms were fantastic, except a couple of the larger ones were cold in the center. Not a huge fan of square cut pizza either but it doesn’t matter. I’ll definitely be back for the food. The staff is always super nice and I love their unique decor. You have to stop in!

I found Out that I shouldn’t have Sat myself Down but She could have Come To me And said ‘I will get Your waitress For you’, instead she STARED at me and walked away. I flagged her down AGAIN and asked for a glass
Of wine. 10-15 minutes later…. NADA. I tried flagging Her Down Again and She looked at me and walked away. Her name is something like Aigen. Manager and other staff were VERY NICE. Food is great.
