We also purchased an iphone15 and had that transferred as well. There wasn’t a question that he couldn’t answer. Quan was very knowledgeable and informative about everything. “The people that work in there our wonderful awesome knowledgeable they always right there to help you out tell you about the latest things that MetroPCS has to offer their uncredible there they go above and beyond every time I go in that store that's my favorite store to go to. And once I get the chance to find a place I hope I find a place out here so I can be close to that store. Cuz if not I will make and go out my way just to go to that store. Another good store is I don't know if the gentleman still works there or not he makes that store awesome and goes above and beyond actually he does the same thing that these two people do at this store those two stores along with that one dude is at Morse road store as wonderful I went there a few times and he wasn't there they seem not knowledgeable on both types of phones android and iPhone not everybody has iPhones okay just let me tell you that your people need to know about both Android and iPhones to really help your customers out there's a couple stores that I went to the people that work there only know about iPhones and very little or no knowledge about Androids.that being said step up your game on that level. Other than that these two stores are awesome to go to!”
“I went to to ask for help with my phone, there were already others there in line. There was a lot going on, phone ringing, customers speaking in different languages, prople coming in & out of store, etc. Through it all the young lady behind the counter (Tammy) didnt miss a beat! She was helping 3 different customers at once, very efficiently, and not getting the slightest bit frustrated. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with her!”

“On Feb. 22,I walked in to change my pre pay from a different provider to a contract phone.4 young men age 20-25 were working.I'm 56 and clueless about the process. The gentleman Faizon and his associates were amazing! “Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”
