“Always helpful, but things seem to move a little slow. Other UPS stores have self tag/ship kiosks and I'm wondering if they should add that to make it faster for people to get out with their Amazon returns.

“The first time I had gone to fed ex to print some invitations it turned out to be a disaster. I had used the self service printers in the front and the ink was of extremely poor quality, ruining the invitations.
This time I went to the desk and I’m so glad I did! It was at the desk where I met Will. Will was so patient with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He is the reason the invitations were so successful. He was able to take my pdf from my USB and provide pristine quality on shimmer heavy weight paper. All the staff seemed kind but I will be coming back because of Will.”

They never make you wait. Always polite and amiable. I not only wish to commend their customer service, I would also like to compliment the person in charge of this location. Instilling the correct attitude and values of an Establishment to succeed and uphold its Brand Name.
I say this especially since I have had a very unsavoury experience at another UPS store which honestly took me by surprise since I went in there assuming I would receive similar service as i do at your Store on Cedar Road. I was indeed disappointed to say the least!

“I’ve used this UPS store for 3 years now for notary services and dropping off returns. I have never had any issues. They are always polite and patient. I’ve come in with my 6 year old, and my 1.5 year old in my arms, with 10 separate returns and was still received kindly by the staff. They are great. I do not understand how they have negative reviews… probably because the people who have only ever had good service take 3 years to finally leave a review… I will continue using this location for the foreseeable future!”
“Had to drop off a return and realized I left the label at home. Counter staff was extremely helpful and able to get my label printed for a reasonable fee and got me in and out in less than three minutes.”

Pleasantly surprised when at this location I was greeted and taken care of with exceptional customer service. Sherry took care of me and cracked jokes with me along the way. Truly brightened up my day and helped with all of my needs. I came to get documents notarized, make some copies, and even ship something out. There was nothing but a willingness to help from Sherry and the staff at this location. Highly recommend it for all shipping, copying needs or even if you need a notary!”
