“I made the mistake of trying to do my phone upgrade at my local store, but they were just an authorized retailer and the tied my family's account up in knots! I spent a full day running around to stores and making calls to the AT&T support line to slowly untangle everything. Friday, my mom and I went up to try to get the last part resolved and one of the techs was able to get my new phone fixed and old phone trade in, in a matter of minutes. What a relief! Do yourself a favor and just come to the corporate store first.”

“I’ve been with Atnt for years my experience if that location was one of the best I ever had. I had to use that location because my phone wasn’t working properly because my husband had major surgery done at Cleveland clinic and my phone wasn’t working properly. I should’ve gotten an update nine months ago when I was eligible for it, but I didn’t. Candace made it so easy for me to understand all the new iPhones and was patient with me while there was other customers in the store and she was the only sales tech there she handed herself like a pro. He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.?”
