“I got my iPad fixed at a shop that was cheaper boy do I regret doing that because I took it to matt for him to fix it right. He opened up the device parts/screws were missing cheap parts were used. Matt fixed everything brand new. Matt may be a couple dollars more expensive but you’ll be paying to get it fixed twice when he has to fix the other repair men lol. Come here to get it done fast and right no corners cut!!! I will now only come here for device issues he’s a stand up guy and very honest and that’s hard to find in this business”

“This store is amazing!!!! Hard working, honest, and nice run family business…Best customer service. Billy & Moe are the best! They are honest and will work with you. I got my iPhone 11 there unlocked for my trip to Spain. I also usually go to get my vapes there every week. I went there because of the reviews, so I had to leave a review too. They did not let me down. Even if you know someone that lives 30 minutes away +, please recommend this store. It is worth the drive. Best in the Cleveland area. They are a hard working, honest, and nice run family business. Thank you to you all!!!”

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”

“I made the mistake of trying to do my phone upgrade at my local store, but they were just an authorized retailer and the tied my family's account up in knots! I spent a full day running around to stores and making calls to the AT&T support line to slowly untangle everything. Friday, my mom and I went up to try to get the last part resolved and one of the techs was able to get my new phone fixed and old phone trade in, in a matter of minutes. What a relief! Do yourself a favor and just come to the corporate store first.”
