“I got my iPad fixed at a shop that was cheaper boy do I regret doing that because I took it to matt for him to fix it right. He opened up the device parts/screws were missing cheap parts were used. Matt fixed everything brand new. Matt may be a couple dollars more expensive but you’ll be paying to get it fixed twice when he has to fix the other repair men lol. Come here to get it done fast and right no corners cut!!! I will now only come here for device issues he’s a stand up guy and very honest and that’s hard to find in this business”

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”

Told him our situation and he was able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes! My 75 year old mother with memory loss challenges was so relieved and started singing his praises. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!”

Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! I was very upset when I came to the store because the phone support couldn't figure out the issue but Shelly and her team calmed me down and handled the issue..
