“Zapp saved me from making a $25,000. Mistake.I went to Zapp for a Pre Purchase Inspection on a used Toyota Tundra that looked absolutely beautiful. It had all the maintenance up to date. New brakes, rotors, exhaust, etc. just really awesome...except it wasn’t. The truck had holes of rust underneath the bed liner and in many major structural places on the frame and at connections (I think that the right word) to the Leaf Springs. It also was throwing a bunch of codes that involved really expensive repairs. If they had not have been so honest and trustworthy, I would be in SO much trouble. We are talking about thousands of dollars of work. Structural work. The car would not have made it through the length of my car loan. I’m so very grateful for these wonderful mechanics, especially Jim, who saved my family from a nightmare of a financial situation. Moral of the story, always get a pre purchase inspection from a mechanic like Jim at Zapp who will tell you the honest truth. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Zapp, I wish I could give you 100 Gold stars. Thank you Thank You Thank you! Your mechanics are Intelligent, honest and trustworthy.”

“This is the fourth garage I tried to take my car to have a differential replaced or rebuilt. That doesn't include two garages I called that were supposed to call me back and never did. This garage was fantastic. They found a used differential with relatively low mileage for me and replaced it in a timely fashion. Their pricing was also lower than other places I had spoken with. Happy customer.”

This was at 9:30 am this morning, left the truck there and got a phone call at 3pm saying the truck was ready to go with all new tires! “Fresh set of new tires. 5 stars for sure. Service was excellent. This Firestone was able to get me in last minute when another Firestone location was out of stock of the tires I was qouted for. Euclid Firestone is fantastic.My only suggestion is to fix that huge pothole at your entrance/exit driveway. That crater is a tire eater for sure. Maybe that's a good business model for you guys though lol.”

“We scheduled an appointment online. We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”
