“My Android phone wasn't charging and wasn't connecting to my truck for GPS.

I took it to RizTech thinking I needed a new plug and assuming it would set me back $100 or so.

They cleaned the plug and tested it with a thingamabob for NO CHARGE!

Phone now charges and connects to truck for GPS.

“I would love to give the Medina AT&T store a five star because Emily and Tayvon were so wonderful, but I waited for almost 2 hours to see someone, so that makes a five star rating a little tough. As far as customer service goes, absolutely five stars! I live super close to the Fairlawn store, but I won't go back in there because their customer service is so freaking awful. One person in particular was so rude and condescending, so I'll drive the extra 15 minutes and wait for two hours for the friendly atmosphere.”

“All I can say about Nick is you are lucky to have him. He bent over backwards tonight to help me get my new phone to pair with my car's android auto after 3 hours at the car dealership where they could not help me. He solved the problem. I can do my consulting work and GPS in my car again. He was kind and patient and totally focused on the solution. He would be an asset to any company. This is a young man who understands technology and people. It really was my greatest pleasure to meet him and woot in victory when he solved the problem. “There is a recent negative review of this store complaining about needing the T-life app to purchase or upgrade a phone. While annoying, that is no fault of the employees at the retail stores. I had to jump through many hoops to upgrade my phone, but Abby was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process and walked me through every step. Seriously amazing. If you are unsure what you need to do or what the process entails, I highly suggest you call or visit the store BEFORE you plan on purchasing a new phone so you can have your ducks in a row and make the process as smooth as possible. Again, NOT the fault of the employees, they are just following policy! Once I had everything in place, the process of upgrading was quite simple and didn’t take long at all. Abby explained differences between iPhones so I could make an informed decision on which model was best for my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive or latest model. Kevin got all of my data and information transferred from my old phone and let me know about features on my new iPhone. I did purchase some accessories that were comparably priced to what I’d find at other stores, and I felt good leaving the store with a case and screen protector on my new phone. This store also has an employee that speaks Spanish which was nice to see!”
