“The reason I came to this store today was to search out a new phone that best suited my style. As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.”

The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. Honest, Trustworthy, and Highly Recommended!
I brought two phones with damaged displays to East Star Wireless: a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that hadn't even been activated yet.
After a quick look at the S25 Ultra, the technician told me he could fix it for free. Within seconds, he removed the screen protector — and to my surprise, the phone display underneath was completely undamaged.
I had no idea a cracked screen protector could make a phone display appear broken or affect how it functions.
A dishonest repair shop could have easily charged me $300+ for a screen replacement, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But East Star Wireless was upfront and completely honest.
Thanks to their integrity, I’m not out hundreds of dollars — and I now have a fully functioning phone.
I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend their services.

“I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! My contract is almost up with Verizon and I do plan to check Boost out! Thank you for today Boost Mobile! ? ? Your Santa was amazing! My daughter even thought it was cooler that he was sitting in a snow globe! Thank you!! ?”
