“THE go to place for any cell phone repair! I recently cracked my phone screen and needed a quick fix. I came across Celltech, called ahead if they had time and drove over to drop my phone off. The owners are very friendly and funny. She was able to get my phone in and have the screen replaced in about a day. It also seemed like a one stop shop for others; you can pay your phone bill there and get phone accessories. Will definitely be back for other phone needs!”

“Unlike other Metro stores in the area this one actually is open when their hours say they will be open, unlike the Maple Heights store. The gentleman running the store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.”
“Don't pay attention to open and close times. I would call first to see if they are open. Went there today 2/25 and they were not open. The Web site says they are open on Sundays from 12 to 5 . This is not the first time this has happened to me. There customer service is great. But they need to be a real business and open when they say they are suppose to be open.”
