“About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. I was really satisfied with the honesty, information, and quick fix. Price was VERY reasonable. I surely would recommend this place!”

Sometimes the wait can be up to an hour, but staff has always acknowledged the waiting customers during that time. Good deals on phones and other electronics.”

“my phone cellular data stop working and after apple wanting $500 to repair and the provider telling me it's a phone issue not a service issue i decided to visit lake iphone repair... the guys were friendly and honest... the guy said there is a 50:50 chance he can fix it, ohh and the back of the phone was cracked (BAD) so i understood the 50:50 chance ??... anyway, i left my phone there and returned the next day with disappointing news.. the phone could not be fixed...?... ahhh.... but when i got home and connected to wifi the phone went crazy and i had to install esim and once i did that the phone messages started coming thru and i immediately called the guy back and said IT WORK OMG THANK YOU SOOO MUCH.... he was also excited and reminded me i have a balance of $40 since the phone do work..... i didn't care but i was so happy it worked... i believed in him and paid the balance.... thank you guys for the great work and friendly personalities”

“Had my watch go crazy and die...so they took a look at it,put in a claim for me, since i did not have insurance, i was charged 20 dollars for a service charge prety much..it was a better option than shipping it and risking it would end up "lost" in route WITHOUT insurance...and down time..so having the store so close was a BIG plus because i was able to exchange it a week later after it arrived and i was able to get back to the store...overall very happy i was able to get a replacement watch 5 pro by SAMSUNG.Fast service, friendly customer care...phones on site, easy payments...credit checks”

“Just happened to pop in to upgrade my phone on the same day of a massive nationwide outage because I have great timing like that. The crew here was already short staffed and there was an endless parade of people coming in to complain about the outage. They handled the situation so well and were so patient and good natured with everyone and still managed to make my upgrade process one of the quickest and easiest times I've had at a cell carrier. These folks were awesome and I highly recommend this location!”
