“They are OUSTANDING!
When I have a problem with my phone they are really quick to diagnose it and fix it! I also bought a refurbished iPhone from them. The price was something I could afford and they switched all the data from my old phone quickly. Their hours at present are 11am Mon-Sat and 11am to 4pm on Sunday! They are very accessible! I would recommend them to everyone!!!”

“The store is small but very well lit, clean, and organized. We were greeted immediately by both Mike and Neil. Both of whom are very relaxed and friendly but professional.
My daughter was getting her own phone and account. Neil took extremely good care of her. Explained all options available to her in detail. Neil is also over another location of which he kept getting calls but he was able to seamlessly and expediently take care of both at once.
I didn't expect the thoroughness or professionalism we received just based on a previous experience with another Boost location years ago. I expected for them to try and take her for a ride. HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We were both treated very well and taken care of. I will definitely be back. If you're in need of a new plan or phone or just tired of your current service, go see. Neil and Mike at this location and from what I understand, boost is surpassing T-Mobile and Verizon anyway right now and they have some pretty good deals.

“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”

I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! “Louis Lee is the man.
I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”

Majka provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my children and me with getting new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure we received the best discounts available, even taking the time to go into the system to check exactly what we qualified for and what we did not.
He was beyond helpful, caring, and compassionate, and truly made the entire experience stress-free. He helped us out tremendously, and it honestly meant a lot.
If anyone is eligible for a raise, recognition, or even an employee gift or gift card, Majka absolutely deserves it. He is 1000% one of the best employees Verizon has, and his customer service reflects that.
