“The gentlemen who work at this, UPS Store location are absolutely fabulous! They are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Service with a smile! I enjoy interacting with them. The store is always clean and well run and it makes doing business there in whatever fashion very easy! Manager Dwayne Bush is doing a fabulous job! It’s a step up from the way it used to be at that location. Well done!”

“I came in this morning to drop off a relatively awkward and heavy package. The young gentleman (I didn’t get his name) behind the counter was SO helpful and so pleasant. He seemed to be the only one working and he didn’t skip a beat. He was busy but smiled and was so polite. Whoever he is, he deserves some recognition!!!”

“Picked up boxes for a couple oddly-shaped gifts here. (I wasn’t shipping, just needed a way to package and wrap.) Very fast service and they had exactly what I needed - higher quality and less expensive than what I usually find at Home Goods. The Falls Pak & Ship website says they have 75+ box sizes. Will be a repeat customer!”
