“Grateful for the thorough service, welcoming environment, and professionalism at the TMobile on S Hamilton close to Kimberley Pkwy + Eastland Mall. The staff were friendly and genuine!! They greeted everyone who walked in the door, even one another at shift change (like it seemed like a healthy and fun work environment!). i was blessed to be supported by Bri T. in the past two days i have been in a mobile store three times and on the phone with cell companies more than that, totaling at least 5 hours. i was beyond frustrated coming in the door. Bri didn’t judge, didn’t take it personally, listened with care, was solution-oriented and efficient! Thank you, Bri. “I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! My contract is almost up with Verizon and I do plan to check Boost out! Thank you for today Boost Mobile! ? ? Your Santa was amazing! “Went in to check out a new phone, and Trent was so incredibly helpful! He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! “The agents helped me with an android that was replaced the technician on the phone spoke English but I didn't understand her directions ??♀️. However, l had to go to the Verizon store - The technicians they were the best l was there for approximately 2 1/2 hours, (because the tech. did not speak clearly, again l was puzzling ? so l could not understand her dialect making misbut pleased l was with what they did for me!”
