“I went through the process of trading in two phones and upgrading to the new iPhone 17 pro. We worked with Aiden at the Northfield/Macedonia store and he was the most patient and knowledgeable associate! He took his time and also went as far as writing directions down so that we knew what to do setting the phone to its original settings! I would absolutely recommend him at this store or the Brecksville store for your Verizon needs! He was excellent!”

He's an expert and simplified everything. The fact that he was ble to assist us where we were, showed a great deal of customer service and commitment was fantastic. I've already referred a few people his way! Outstanding job Paul, and I couldn't have a had a better experience. He went above and beyond. You can truly feel the love, care, and support he brings you. Especially since we switch carriers. As you know change isn't always doable. Paul made it a hassle freee breeze, stress free, and a smooth process Y'all are blessed to have him as a employee. Don't screw it up AT&T!”

“Burnell provided my dad and myself with a stellar experience overall. His customer service was nonpareil during our transition from our previous provider to Cricket. Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc). The store was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked. I would definitely recommend this store to any existing or potential Cricket customer.”

“I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Several weeks ago I was at this location and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Richard. He was awesome. He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.?”
