“The store is small but very well lit, clean, and organized. We were greeted immediately by both Mike and Neil. Both of whom are very relaxed and friendly but professional.
My daughter was getting her own phone and account. Neil took extremely good care of her. Explained all options available to her in detail. Neil is also over another location of which he kept getting calls but he was able to seamlessly and expediently take care of both at once.
I didn't expect the thoroughness or professionalism we received just based on a previous experience with another Boost location years ago. I expected for them to try and take her for a ride. HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We were both treated very well and taken care of. I will definitely be back. If you're in need of a new plan or phone or just tired of your current service, go see. Neil and Mike at this location and from what I understand, boost is surpassing T-Mobile and Verizon anyway right now and they have some pretty good deals.

Repairs are timely parts ordering is quick. There is so many food things to be said. YOU WILL NOT REGRET DOING BUSINESS HERE. They can keep your device new. And keep you from having to buy a new phone every two years.. he also fixes computers and all sorts of electronic devices.”
“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”
“Had a great experience at this Verizon location! Mark, the manager, and his new hire Shariq were phenomenal. They were able to assist with a multi step transfer, and multiple new lines.
Even on a weekend holiday, they navigated things smoothly and were able to accommodate every request.
Pricing was on-point, and never felt like I was being swindled for a commission. I will continue to frequent the Verizon: Tanglewood, location for all my needs in the future.”

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”

“I came in to fix my broken phone screen and I hate coming to the Verizon store because people are so rude, inattentive and it always takes so long, but Benito helped me out, showed me my options and educated me so well! Majka provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my children and me with getting new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure we received the best discounts available, even taking the time to go into the system to check exactly what we qualified for and what we did not.
He was beyond helpful, caring, and compassionate, and truly made the entire experience stress-free. He helped us out tremendously, and it honestly meant a lot.
If anyone is eligible for a raise, recognition, or even an employee gift or gift card, Majka absolutely deserves it. He is 1000% one of the best employees Verizon has, and his customer service reflects that.

“I had a representative from AT&T come to my house and gave me a deal with internet and my phone lines. When I went to Solon AT&T I found out the plan I got will cost me way more than what I was told. Darius helped me with this process when he checked my statement and told me my bill will be way higher. When I went to return my phones I had even more issues with their customer service. I only have their fiber Internet now. Darius was a great help throughout this process. The only place now I would go to will be Solon AT&T. Darius thank you so much for all your help. You have great customer service.”
