“Brought my mom to the Solon location today to upgrade her phone. Once again, Quan knocked it out of the park! We were in and out in 1 hr 5 mins with a new phone, a better plan and a lower bill. And as usual, it was a seamless transition from the old phone to the new. Fantastic customer service (starting with Randall) and the employee's seemed welcoming to all.

“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”

We worked with Aiden at the Northfield/Macedonia store and he was the most patient and knowledgeable associate! “I've honestly never had an easier, more efficient and professional switch to any service provider than the one I had at the T Mobile inside of the Boston Heights Costco. Alex helped me from start to finish, communicated through text on updates and was always available to answer any questions. The switch from AT&T took less than 20 minutes and since our phones were paid off it cost nothing. $0. We are now saving over half of what we were spending on internet and $30 less on our phone lines. Not to mention the $400 per line gift card AND the $75 per line Costco gift card. It's a literal no -brainer and with top notch service from guys like Alex, it was an easy choice.”
