“Wanted to shout-out this Kroger. Well-stocked, always clean. Best of all is empoyees like Pat (Now Im 2nd guessing..is her name Pam?) at the self check-out. I take my grandma shopping here, and when Pat is working, she always remembers Grandma, comes over with a smile and a quick but uplifting and pleasant chat. We always leave in a good mood because of this kind person. Also, wanted to compliment the young man with blond curly hair in the pharmacy. He was quick to help with an item I had trouble locating, then was great with Grandma in regards to her vaccination. The other young man working the pharmacy register around 4pm 11/22 had A+ customer service skills, too. Overall, my experience w/ this Kroger, especially the employees, has been stellar. Definitely recommend this store for grocery and Rx needs!”

“Had a great bakery experience on the morning of Christmas Eve. Went in before work so was in a bit of a rush. The bakery manager, Alex was very attentive and had a sense of urgency with getting me some croissants boxes up that weren't out on the shelves yet.”
“The Miami Township Kroger is close by, just the right size, and has everything you need. It’s the only grocer offering the only way to cook salmon, in a a bake-ready bag. The friendly counter attendant seasons the fish and adds lemon slices, garlic, butter, and fresh herbs before sealing it. Dinner will be ready In about 30 minutes depending on the weight. Kroger's checkout app is extremely convenient. It recognizes your face and produces a QR code to scan at the register, there is no need for anything more. Your credit, and Kroger Plus card information are stored and ready for use. The check-out attendants are very friendly, attentive, and helpful.”
“This pharmacy is great! They always communicate clearly if there are delays and many times have been able to refill a script same day with short notice. They almost always have the lower price vs. Kroger on Good Rx. I have also never had an issue at this pharmacy like the aforementioned grocery pharmacy down the road where there always seems to be some problem. Thank you very much Walmart pharmacy staff for the terrific customer service!!”

The prescription finally got sent 5 min before closing and they made sure I got my meds. So thanks for being awesome at your job and respectfully.”

“Pharmacy and photo have always been spot on for us. I frequently order photo albums and on occasion have put things in and some tech error has occurred. They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.”
“I ordered two cakes for my kids. I wasn't expecting much however, I was extremely impressed with how they turned out, considering I only gave them a day and a half to do when I picked up the cakes. The guy behind the counter was so polite, helpful, and nice. all the workers at the store were smiling and helpful. When I checked out the cashier and bagger were so beyond nice that it was refreshing to be around. I don't usually go to this Kroger, but after this experience, I definitely will shop here more. It was just nice to be around nice people.”

The only reason I gave this Walgreens 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the pharmacist, is always so rude for no reason when I’m at drive by window . She’s awful . “Ordered a cake online three days before I needed it. Got a confirmation text and email but when I showed up, no cake. I was told she didn't have an order for it so I showed her my confirmation. Her solution was for me to pick out a cake and she wouldn't charge me for it... Which was fine in my case because the cake I had ordered was not that complicated anyway. It should go without saying that people order these cakes for special occasions because they want something "special". A bakery can make or break an occasion just in how they handle the cake. I do not hold the employee that took care of me responsible, she was kind and tried to make the best of this situation but I expected better of Kroger. The cake was delicious which is why you still got four stars.”
