11741 Princeton Pike, SpringdaleStore is large and clean. Organization is great. There were a lot of shelves with wet food boxes that hadn’t been opened, and it looks like recovery wasn’t done.
The cashier Jack was friendly to the two people before me but not so friendly to me. I think it’s because I asked to grab a can (which I went and got) that wasn’t dented. And then I asked for my cans to be split between two paper bags so the handles wouldn’t break. He ignored this request, stacked them in one, and then went to put another paper bag around it, which obviously isn’t going to work. Which is fine.
But didn’t even thank me for coming in, which is why I am mentioning the cashier.
Customer service definitely needs some work.

12050 Princeton Pike, SpringdaleThey were so friendly and loved on my pet as soon as we got there. They really care about the animals. They kept a special eye on her as she had injured her leg earlier in the year and I was afraid it would flair up again but it did not. My dog loves to go to red dog and is always so excited when we get there. They are great.
