Pet Facilities in Springdale
Pet Stores & Supplies
PetSmart
11741 Princeton Pike, SpringdaleStore is large and clean. Organization is great. There were a lot of shelves with wet food boxes that hadn’t been opened, and it looks like recovery wasn’t done.
The cashier Jack was friendly to the two people before me but not so friendly to me. I think it’s because I asked to grab a can (which I went and got) that wasn’t dented. And then I asked for my cans to be split between two paper bags so the handles wouldn’t break. He ignored this request, stacked them in one, and then went to put another paper bag around it, which obviously isn’t going to work. Which is fine.
But didn’t even thank me for coming in, which is why I am mentioning the cashier.
Customer service definitely needs some work.

Pet Sitting & Training
Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa Springdale
12050 Princeton Pike, SpringdaleOur dogs King and Rocco have been going to Red Dog for about 3 months now for boarding and grooming. We moved here from Michigan and were very nervous about finding a new place to board our boys. But so far...the experience has been awesome. The staff is very caring. The facility is very clean & there are a lot of options for extra care. We ❤️ Red Dog and would recommend! Plus...the groomer is awesome too & we love that this is a one stop shop for us!
