As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.”

“I had an excellent experience with Ms. Bell. She went out of her way to explain transferring my phones from my old provider to T-Mobile. It took a few days because of my work schedule but she didn’t mind that at all. If I ever need anything else she is the person I would come back to.”
