The staff are usually friendly, and I’ve never personally been treated poorly, though I have heard from others who felt they were spoken to rudely. The location is convenient, and the inside is generally clean and well maintained.
The food quality is inconsistent. I enjoy their subs and have never had any issues with those, but the pizza can be hit or miss. On more than one occasion, I’ve received pizzas that were close to burnt or actually burnt. It doesn’t happen every time, but it’s happened enough to be noticeable.
It also seems like this is a recurring issue based on other reviews. Overall, it feels like they’re trying, but the consistency—especially with the pizza—needs improvement.
Regardless, food always taste good and I will continue to come here.
