“Came back for a battery replacement. I have a Google Pixel 4a which is apparently a very difficult phone to work with. The guys who worked on it were very nice and explained everything that they did. The new battery is a whole lot better than the old one and it saved me from having to buy a new phone (at least for now anyway!) Thanks guys!”

“Came in to upgrade, and I did not want to be sold anything else. The gentleman respected that, and so I listened to him talk about their other services. Thanks to me opening up, I saved $40 bucks a month by switching my internet to Verizon. The representatives saved me even more money by adding Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, and Disney plus to my account so I could get them at a discounted rate! I didn't realize that Verizon is so much more than phones!”

“This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro.
