“The teller named Sree Prathipati was so helpful to me at this branch on Friday! She helped my husband and I with getting a form notarized and a wire transfer put thru. When she put all the info in for the wire transfer, the system locked her out, but she remained patient, persistent, helpful, and kind to put it all in for me again. In the midst of this she was also managing and directing customers thru the lobby for their needed destinations and even helped a drive thru customer. She was very efficient at multi tasking, taking care of everyone and accomplishing the tasks at hand (this was during lunch hour while another teller was on break). I appreciated her so much!”

“Just finished up an auto loan with Tom. Other than the wait time from start to finish (which was out of his hands) it was great. Tom was very personable and even remembered our names each time we spoke. And the bank made special accommodations when we needed them for closing. I would recommend them and would likely use again. Their rates aren’t the lowest but I like having my loan through the same bank as my checking as transferring money over is so easy. And their checking and savings are great so we’re key customers for life.”
