“We have several accounts with Chase and visit about four locations in the area on a regular basis but have been to several more. This one is pretty good in my opinion for the average consumer. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. They have drive up banking and ATMs. Plus you can get smaller bills from the walk up machines inside if you need it. This location has more ATMs than some others I've visited. This one is pretty clean usually and the kids like the lollipops, lol. I don't drink coffee but they have it for those that do like it. The employees at the counter are pretty friendly and happy to help. I don't like that sometimes I go in and the personal bankers don't seem to want to help unless you're asking to apply for a loan or something else big. If you're going in with an issue they seem irritated before they even hear the problem. Like you're wasting their time. If there are a few working then they also seem to pretend like they are busy waiting for someone else to get up. For this reason I don't go to this location unless I'm already in the area for something else unless I just need a simple transaction. Lately though, it seems like they keep less employees on staff every day and there may only be one or two bankers there. Maybe it's just timing, but it seems like they have less people working. Other than that one complaint I'd say this is a good location. It's convenient, clean, and service is good if you're headed to a teller.”

Tom was very personable and even remembered our names each time we spoke. And the bank made special accommodations when we needed them for closing. I would recommend them and would likely use again. Their rates aren’t the lowest but I like having my loan through the same bank as my checking as transferring money over is so easy. And their checking and savings are great so we’re key customers for life.”

“As I counted my money, here was Libby I was in a big hurry, but lol she asked how I was boy. I told her my wife's excuse me my dog died. None of my wife none of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me. Nothing ever goes right but I have a positive attitude and my beer was half full. She knew I was filming her and she laughed and chuckled. She asked me if I had any big plans. I'm alive right now and well at my age of 55 which I'm still young I just told her in a long version. I'm excited about life and it's too hard to explain what I'm going to do but she is from West Virginia in a very friendly soul and I appreciated the interaction.
