I had the pleasure of working with Naomi Flowers, Relationship Banker II at the Gilcrease Arvest Bank in Tulsa, OK, during a very stressful time. My 92-year-old father had emergency surgery, and I needed immediate assistance to secure joint ownership of his bank account as POA. Naomi was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation, ensuring the necessary paperwork was completed and the information was sent to the back office for a seamless, more efficient process. Her kindness and attention to detail made a difficult situation much smoother.
Once back home in Texas, she also helped me secure the items I needed to act in the best interest of my father, including providing close to 500 pages of bank statements that were faxed to the appropriate state agency. “I've banked at the Skiatook branch for over 20 years. The service and attention we've received is top notch. My wife and I needed to set up a transfer for a home we're buying and at 5:27 we finally got the numbers we needed. Jessica was so kind and helpful to stay late to get the transfer set up for us. She's always been my go to person at this branch. I've done alot of business at Skiatook branch and all of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond.
