This is my go to aquarium supplies store from now on.

18 Blackthorn Ln, BramptonI have been purchasing supplies for my guinea pigs from Flower Town Chinchillas since 2010, and they have always provided excellent products and great customer service. I consistently purchase Oxbow Timothy Hay, Oxbow pellets and treats, as well as vitamins and supplements. In the past, when wishing to purchase special organic feeds for my pets, they have put in special orders for me and held the product until I was available to pick it up. They have fantastic communication-especially when items were backordered. In a time where everything has become so expensive and great customer service is rare, I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and have received always the best customer service and products from Flower Town Chinchillas. A fantastic family run business with a wonderful selection of everyday and specialized treats for your furry loved ones.

9065 Airport Rd, BramptonStaff were extremely helpful and, when you find one in their area of expertise, extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of products and food, conveniently laid out in 'pet type' areas, so everything you need is only an aisle or two away.
I struggled with a 3000 lb bag of litter (it may have been a bit smaller than that) and they helped me get it into my car.
Prices are competitive, definitely cheaper than Amazon. Lots of free parking.
I signed up for their rewards program and said I didn't want to receive emails, but by the time I got into my car I had two of them, which is why I'm only giving them four stars. However, I haven't received any emails since, so maybe they deserve 5 stars.

Have you seen Toronto traffic lately?! What a stupid thing to lower her rating for. If its such a hassle , take your pet to the groomer yourself. Rose is one person and grooms cats! Having had many , I know their temperament. Especially with strangers, Vets and groomers. They are not always as sweet as you think.

Also, I have contacted her multiple times to pick her brain on my pets needs. She willingly and kindly responds in a timely fashion, even though I know she's busy. Nothing in life is perfect. I chose to be grateful to have this service and a caring person that does her best!

It was our cat Charlie’s very first grooming appointment, and we were a little nervous—especially because he had some matting in his fur. Fazeela was amazing from the moment we arrived. She took the time to walk us through exactly what she was going to do beforehand, which really put us at ease.
She was so kind, gentle, and thorough, and made Charlie feel as comfortable as possible right away. You can tell she genuinely cares about every pet that comes through her door. The space is spotless, her pricing is super fair, and the whole experience was just top-tier.
Charlie came home looking like a whole new man—turns out he’s a fit boy under all that fluff! If she could work the same magic on me, I’d be booking weekly appointments ? Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer they can truly trust!

They come out looking and smelling great and very relaxed. Chris and Jim have such patience with both our old boy and our active 2 year old. Trust me we have been through many groomers over the years with all our Mals and Chris is the best.

It was midnight. They gave me very sympathetic support and explained to me about all the procedure. They always give you a friendly reminder when your appointment is coming up.Staff is pleasant and most helpful and they don’t keep your dogs all day. The dogs come out looking fantastic and well groomed and I receive lots of compliments on our walks as to where I get my dog groomed because they always look beautiful. My dogs come home and they are never stressed from being at the groomers. I couldn’t recommend Fur Babies more.
