“I am very grateful that I found out about Rotblott's store! First of all the store staff is very dedicated to customer service and has very knowledgeable professionals, who know every detail about everything. I can say, it is impossible to find such brilliant customer service with such attention and high professionalism in Canadian Tire and in any other similar big stores. Not only Rotblott's store got everything, but they also find stuff which you cannot find in any other store or online markets like Amazon. They got the best in the most affordable prices. And even after that, they helped me to place an order with %15 off on incandescent bulbs!
A year ago I was gifted a brand new, very good quality shopping cart. In winter, snow salt rusted front wheels and made completely deteriorated. I stayed with a new cart without wheels. I checked on Amazon, went to other warehouse stores, went 10 times to Canadian Tire on yonge and church, they had nothing suitable and they knew nothing how to fix. Overall nobody even cared there. At Rotblott's store Mr Alex measured wheels and Mr Chan did a miracle. He made it even better than before! He found a big and pretty Walt to insert inside the hole and attached the caster. Now it runs just like a brand, looks like a brand new and above all, when another wheel falls off I know where and how to fix it!
Rotblott's is not just a fantastic store, where you pay half price for a much better quality than online markets like Amazon or in Canadian Tire like big stores, but it is also a place where you find everything which you cannot find elsewhere, at a great price, they can order for you, and the only place where they will fix a problem. If not Rotblott's and Mr Chan, I had to discard an excellent quality new shopping cart. I recommend this store with all the STARS to all my friends! The Best! I am adding photos how old wheel deteriorated and how well Mr Chan fixed it!”

“My husband and I have used Dremel tools for years. The reason is because they have high quality products that last and perform consistently well. We had one tiny problem with our pet Dremel and Giles completely replaced the machine without hesitation. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only did we have a satisfying customer care experience, a really nice person actually called and took care of the issue, almost immediately after leaving them a message.
