“The Sherway & Fairview (Kitchener) mall stores are amazing. Both stores are a must go whenever I go to those malls. Great staff, great products and fair prices. “If I could give 10/5 I would. I placed an in store order to get my size of boot transferred to the Sherway location, there was only one left in all of Toronto. I was helped by a man (unfortunately forgot to get anyone’s name) who was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately, because of the holidays, the shipping was delayed and they weren’t expected to come in time for New years. I spoke to another extremely helpful lady who held a size smaller for me just incase. She called to let me know this morning that unfortunately the order wouldn’t be in today (new years) so I went back in to exchange my order for the smaller size. When I arrived she told me my order had came in bc the original guy who helped me went and picked them up himself ??. They clearly value above and beyond customer service at this location, I’m truly impressed.”

“The is the Closest location to me. The quality in that store is 5⭐️ 's. They have very good quality boots and shoes. I like their selection a lot, though I have wide feet. So I'm not always able to find my size 10.5 hehe. I now buy my jeans there too, again quality!! My favourite part, they carry Non ripped jeans?( I work in home improvement). The staff are nice and helpful.”
“I love shopping at Eileen Fisher in Chinook Centre. Staff are very warm and friendly. They do all they can to find what fits and flatters the customer. Also they will search other stores to get items in the size the customer needs. Very small sizes up to plus sizes. Excellent quality clothing and made from ethical, beautiful fabrics. Prices are good when this clothing is on sale.”
“Now this' marks had what I needed and some. What puzzles me is how this store being smaller then other marks had all kinds to choose from, gloves had there own wall. I mean, I could have been there way longer np. I asked if there way any deals not expecting any , but bro looked out and saved me money !”
“I recently purchased a pair of boots from Browns. Within 3 weeks they developed a tear at a seam. I was dreading trying to return them.
The customer support staff, the store manager at the Sherway location and the staff at Vaughan Mills all did an outstanding job of helping me find a replacement and taking the defective boots back. What could have been a painful experience ended up creating long term customer loyalty. Great job and thank you!”
“*Edit I changed my 3 star to 5 as the service here since Christmas/January has changed for the better. I see consistent, friendly staff, always great to talk to at cash and 3 of them finally convinced me to download their app ( always reminded to then kept forgetting til one of them had me do it in front of them for my own sake! (Awesome!)) I should have long ago but was never offered or encouraged to in the past. I no longer feel like I'm intrusive. It's not like I ever request assistance, I keep to myself but I appreciate the approach. Love Ardene's but most of the time the cashiers stay behind the desk and yell out their 'private' stories so everyone can hear and laugh out loud so loud, just uncomfortable. The girl who seems to be the manager, oh my God she is rude, loud and very unfriendly. Soorrry for shopping in your store, what are you even doing there anyway? One of the cashiers was nice though, at least the basic acknowledgment and a smile.”
“I have known this Shoe Store to be at 'Cloverdale Mall', for many years! I needed a new pair of winter boots; and decided to visit this well-appointed shoe store! I was not sure, when the store would close for the day ( October 31st). As I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by Anne has worked at this location, for 7 years! She is friendly, very knowledgeable about shoes she sells and she is very 'helpful' during the 'fitting': helping me with the new boots AND helping me put my old boots back on!! I also met Liz, who has worked at Star Shoes for over 30 years! The price was 'right' and my new boots are staying inside my flat, until I am comfortable with them. (Don't want to use my leather spray, yet!) All in all, I am very delighted with my purchase. I have Anne and Liz to thank for that!!”

“I had a great experience thanks to Kayla. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and initially grabbed what I thought was my size of Timberlands. After trying them on, I realized they weren’t quite right. I went to look for the staff member who had helped me earlier but couldn’t find him, he walked off to the other side of the store.
When Kayla walked by, I asked if she could help me. Even though the store was busy and she seemed to be assisting someone else, she took a moment to help me out; She finished helping the other customer and came back around, I asked if there was any chance they had a different size or based on her experience what she thought would fit best, we talked briefly and She checked their system on her device, and then went to the back to pull a pair out for me .
She came out with the exact pair I needed and haven’t been able to find in stock of for a while. The fact I’ve been looking for these shoes for a long time, and she got them meant a lot❤️?
Because she stayed nearby afterward, I was able to find her easily again and check out without any issues.
This was around midday (between 12–1 PM), and considering how busy the store was, the service was kind, efficient, and genuinely appreciated. Kayla was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, amazing customer service.
