We were there a bit late close to closing as the salesman Derren was leaving but he decided to stay and help us! His Customer service skills are exceptional & is very knowledgeable about his product. We visited the store and met Ash. He's very professional and easy to deal with. We chose a mattress but we didn't buy it initially. However, later on that day, we called him to confirm. He didn't ask for down payment. He just took our shipping address and promised delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Exactly, one week later, he delivered the mattress by himself and took the older one for recycling.
We very much appreciate this service. Nine Clouds is highly recommend store to buy your next mattress.”
