“Today, Monday October 14, 2024, Cashier 112, who served in Lane 1 at 14:07 pm, did a phenomenal job to stand up, advocate for customer care, service and do what is right.
A customer was attempting to bully another customer on the very basic courtesy norms and trying his best to encroach on another’s space while in the line which he tried to extend by hovering over while the customer used the point of sale terminal. She politely asked him to stand back, to which he did not comply being the extraordinarily belligerent individual he is. She again politely asked him to respect the customer’s space while using the POS terminal. Of course, he doth protest with his infantile motives that made absolutely no sense but she remained steadfast in the knowledge she was doing what was right for that, and any other, customer.
On this Thanksgiving Day - Cashier 112 exhibited great customer care and I give her kudos and Many Thanks!”

“Staff are super friendly, store is nice, clean and organized. It’s a smaller store but they have most of what you’d expect. Prices can be high - as expected with M&M - but they always have some solid deals, memberships are free and included with JOURNIE Rewards so you should find some good deals.”

“Grocery prices are going thru the roof. If you want to save some money do shop here. They have weekly specials, and sometimes they get oversupply from the manufactures or product nearing its due date. Take advantage of this and stock up. I love this place , a little out of the way, but it's worth it.”
“This Sobeys is definitely a convenience, I quickly get what I need. I've noticed that everyone that I came across that works at this Sobeys is very friendly & always has a smile. As I was leaving, I asked 1 person how to get somewhere once I left & a few other girls got into the conversation, making sure I knew where I was going. Thank you very much for the assistance.”
“Every staff member I’ve encountered is incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service, so nice, always able to get me to buy more by letting me know what’s on sale. The woman with the tattoos on the evening shift today was the best and the reason I finally got around to writing a review. Great store with great workers :)”
“I purchase perishable items in the smallest portion possible, fruits, vegetables, beef and poultry. They have a section that has single servings of fresh meats, and that is particularly unique to this location.”

“This place is really close to where I live.Everything is very organized.But I did notice some price tags were wrong with the item there.So when I told the cashier,he had to give that for free.But anyways the veggies were organized really nicely and fresh.”

“The store inside has been changed. New look and excellent layout. Lots of Indian fruits and vegetables, however, quality of fresh produce for international products is trrrible. Eg: Mangoes, box of 6 for 21.99 but all rotten....okra all with black patches... Owner/Manager need to pay attention. Staff is friendly and super helpful.”

I TAKE THAT BACK! I WAS THERE TWO DAYS AGO TAKING BACK ROTTING PICKLING CUCUMBERS….AND NOW TODAY TAKING BACK ROTTEN CREAM CHEESE…AND I DID NOT GET A FULL REFUND. This store WAS great but if seems to be always running out of produce all the time…not impressed at all. Some of the girls on cash are so great, too bad product is not always there.”

“I have put off writing this review simply because I wanted to gate-keep how incredible Pooja was. I’ve been to many Healthy Planets (usually the Pickering one by Costco is my favorite). THIS one, the level of expert from this incredibly knowledgeable person—WOW. I couldn’t have been luckier to have found her and have what was really akin to a consultation in the aisles. She doesn’t go against any Western medical advice. She merely allows you to share what’s going on and offers suggestions of things that will bolster the wellness journey. I’m truly FLOORED! Thanks again, Pooja! I will surely come back many times just for your kindness, your empathy, your expertise, your great advice. 10/10!!”
