“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a lady named Desirae. I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch and also getting its own line so I can hike without taking my phone. I went into another location, which they were unsuccessful. They told me it was on when it was not then I tried to do it on my own at home, which I also have problems with, but I went into the store and Desirae helped me and figured out the problem. I left the store, happy and in smiles thank you so much. I appreciate what you do.”

“I came to this store today to pay my bill and ask a bunch of questions, and had a great experience. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative but without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I told him I was looking for the iPhone 16 and he told me he had the 16E but then when he told me about the camera specs I was like oh no, I mainly want it for the camera. So then he directed me to a different store where he thought I would probably be able to find the 16 pro. I asked him some questions about bringing an unlocked phone or switching service to a new phone mid month. He informed me I could do this for $25 in store or for free online. I really appreciated all the tips and advice without him trying to push one of those free tablets on me (an experience I've had at other stores). I came back a few minutes later to pay my phone bill. Would definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the area.”
