“I had an outstanding experience with Ableman TV! They helped me proactively replace capacitors in some vintage music equipment I own, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. After describing my situation, I was invited to bring the equipment in and he would get the repiars done while I waited, which was greatly appreciated.
The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of the work was top-notch. During the repair, it was discovered that one of the capacitors was starting to leak — something that was fortunately caught in time to prevent potential damage to the equipment.
What really stood out was the positive attitude and genuinely helpful approach. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in doing things right. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair, especially considering the level of service and expertise provided.
They clearly have the knowledge and skill to work on valuable electronics, including specialized and hard-to-replace equipment. If you have something important that can’t simply be swapped out or replaced, I highly recommend giving them a call.

They are happy to work with you to come with up with the most reasonable solution to your problem and they will tell you if they think your repair would be worth the cost or not. While I was there an older couple came in needing help with their phones. Samantha multitasked and helped all of us at the same time rotating between phones as the data transferred. I highly recommend this Cricket store. I received excellent customer service and a friendly experience.”

“Using the curbside pick up is a dream. They have four clearly marked spaces out front when you arrive. You notify them in which space you’re in and then they generate a code. That’s unique that you share with the person that comes to your car. You can even select which door of the car you want them to drop the pot of carpet. If you need to make a return walk in and immediately make a left there is typically an employee at the front able to direct you as well seamless we experience highly recommend using the pick up option.”

“I’m way late getting this out, recognizing Tom at the Cascade Station Best Buy earlier this year. Tom took me through a Demo of the Ray-ban Meta Display glasses. Super well trained, patient, took me through all the basic features during our 20min session. Great experience! Thanks Tom!”

“Made the switch over from ATT after 25 years and couldn’t be more happy. Not only is the service 3x better than that of ATT, all of the extras they provide makes it such a value. Apple TV, Hulu and Netflix all come with the family plan. Also, every Tuesday is some sort of goodie like free AAA for 1 year, Popeyes chicken or a pizza; you just never know. Tuesdays are now so much more fun. This store is exceptional at customer service. Ryan, the Experience manager is Tip Top and truly knows the economics of customer service. I am now a TMob lifer! “I had a really frustrating experience with the T mobile customer support line a few days ago, but once that fiasco was over I decided to go in store to get a new S26. Porter helped my husband and I. He went above and beyond to work with us, the app and the account information on his end. T mobile is running several promotions for the new phone, but I qualified for none of them when I walked into the store. Porter worked with us to change plans around, calling 611 himself (saving us from the 7th circle of hell that that experience is) multiple times and doing some work around to not only get me my new phone, but get it with a promotional rate. Thank you so much Porter! You were absolutley fantastic and so helpful. We really appreciate all of your effort!”
