“When in to Boot Co NW a couple weeks ago. The gentleman that helped me was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have wide feet and edema. He quickly locate a boot that not only fit but was very comfortable. I have had several problems getting boots to fit. He knew exactly what brands would work. He ordered me a pair and I picked them up today. Today he was helpful again and was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for boots.”

“Going to Jay’s is like the first class shoe stores of the past, salespeople that know their products very well, they listen to your concerns, talk about the shoe as they help put the shoe on and off. They actually measure your feet! They evaluate your stride and really know what they are talking about.I have 4E width and one foot with a little claw toe so have unusual needs in feet. My podiatrist Dr. Steve Tillett recommended Jays and because I live on the Westside it took me a while to come over to Jay’s Clackamas location. I wish I had come over sooner!I came into to buy some walking shoes and hiking boots. The salesperson showed me a variety of both styles and I walked out the door with Keene shoes and Dunham boots. I’ve had them for a couple,of weeks and they are fitting great.IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET AND LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THE PORTLAND METRO AREA, GO TO JAY’S!!!!”
“Okay, I've finally figured out that the reason I can't find Merrell outlets all over Portland is because there are Columbia outlets everywhere, instead. The deals I got here made me just as happy as the deals I'm used to getting at my favorite Merrell outlet in Folsom. I got two pairs of waterproof nonslip boots for work-- one Columbia and one Sorel-- both for $55. I had almost purchased a similar pair of Columbia boots at DSW for $70 a few days ago, so I ended up being so glad I held out for a better deal. They had so many good deals at this outlet, it was literally overwhelming. They had an entire floor of clearance Columbia and Mountain Hardware jackets. I also noticed a huge selection of PFG gear. I'm not into fishing, but I like their lightweight long sleeve sunblocking shirts.
Customer service was friendly, one of the employees was also a seasonal national park worker, so we ended up talking about that a little bit. Overall a great experience and I would definitely shop here again.”

I called at 5pm on Friday, 8-2-24 and spoke to Allison. My BFF, unable to find “THE” dress for her birthday and Alanis concert to celebrate on Sunday and had to be in OC by 6pm, was on the verge of a meltdown in the parking lot and I was unable to get there until after she would have had to leave for her 6pm appt. I explained all this to Allison, gave her BFFs measurements, fave colors and told her she’d be walking in the door any moment. Allison assured me that she had her covered. Covered was a serious understatement!!
I can not begin to express the gratitude that we have for her!! All while having multiple clients in the store that she was also assisting not only had multiple outfits/dresses picked out and in her size, she had them all waiting for her in a dressing room! As I FaceTimed my friend, Allison continued to check on her, give input, swap sizes, all while continuing to wait on and take care of multiple customers! Sadly, I know of very few stores, gas station's, any places really that care about the customer. They all should, but instead, they treat you really unpleasant if you ask them to DO something to help you. To have someone be kind, caring, friendly all while staying calm in the midst of my friend and I panicking?? There are no words that can convey the relief that finding THE dress gave is and sum up our sincere gratitude that we both have.
Again, Allison, we so appreciate you!! With your help, she had the best birthday she’s had in years. Thanks for making our night out to see Alanis Morissette a magical and smashing success!!”

He had a burst of people at the door as soon as the store opened, and I watched him help every single person while simultaneously making time to get me sized and provide excellent recommendations. Michael was kind, savvy, and had a personality that was very easy to engage with. He's absolutely an asset to the business.

“I just wanted to say that Janette is one of the MOST amazing humans I’ve ever experienced! My mother and I took my 3 year old son on a little daddy son day at mall and stopped by your store to try some sandals on. Instead we walked out 2 pairs of Hoka’s (which I’ve never experienced before) and 2 dress shoes for my mom. She was so freaking kind! She talked with us for a long time about family, then she gave me my first foot measurement and I found out I have extra wide feet!Give this woman a raise! Or a bunch of cookies ? There’s another salesperson in the store who we met later, he wasn’t nearly as cool as Janette. He’s cocky, and loud and looks like used car salesman. lol! Sorry bro.”

“Where do I go to review the wonderful experience I had a Macy's today in the cosmetic department? I approached the Clinique counter and met a wonderful helpful woman named Laura. Im trying to get back into the work force after trying retirement. Laura is about my age and she helped my choose some products that were perfect for me. i went home home and did a dress rehearsal for my interview with the products she picked. “We've been coming here since our daughter could walk. Plus, I get tired of buying things online that end up not fitting well and having to deal with returning them, so our family only buys when they can try the shoes on first. They usually have some good buy one get one sale and their kids sale section in the back room is always full of good stuff. They carry quality brands like See Kai Run and Bobux. The blonde salesperson who has helped us the past few times is friendly and helpful.”

“My friend and I were at this store on Friday Aug. 12th around the early evening. An unfortunate event was occurring where a customer needed medical assistance. I can’t express enough how well the man dealing with the situation handled himself. All of the workers were doing such a great job, but whoever was the one on the phone with emergency services absolutely deserves some recognition. He was so calm, kind, and respectful to the customer needing help. He took initiative of the situation and really was the only one doing anything helpful. We didn’t end up buying anything, but we saw lots of stuff we loved and great prices!”

“Carter's has clothing for newborns, toddlers and young children. The clothes are well made from fabrics that are soft to the skin and hold up well to washings. So many adorable outfits for boys and girls! I was buying gifts for my friend who is pregnant and found several cute onesies and sleepers that in neutral colors since we don't yet know the gender. Had just visited the Janzen Beach location but when I was at Clackamas Prominade and saw they had a store here, I had to stop in. Of course I found a few more outfits I had to buy! Their sales like $6 doorbusters are hard to pass. Since I'll be shopping here a lot I joined thier loyalty program. Every $150 spent earns a $10 reward and I'm almost there! Store is well stocked, lots of styles and sizes. In addition to clothing they have accessories like socks, underwear, sunglasses, hats, shoes, receiving blankets and bibs. I'll be back!”
