“I rushed to this location right when I got off work and got there literally 5 minutes before they closed, and I felt terrible. But I walked in, nearly crying out of frustration, and was SO kindly greeted by Zuko! He was so nice, kind, understanding, and helpful! I apologized repeatedly about coming in so close to closing time and he understood where I was coming from and assured me it was okay. ON TOP of the GREAT customer service he literally fixed my sons phone by 7:02pm. Within MINUTES he fixed the issue I was dealing with all day. I am still so grateful that he was there today because I was in the verge of tears and he helped, joked, made me feel better, and was genuinely a kind person. 10/10 would recommend this location because of Zuko. Give that man a raise or a promotion.”

“I came in because my phone wouldn't charge and the cable was falling out. They cleaned my phone for free and that fixed the problem. If it hadn't I would have had them do hardware repairs.
The staff is friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They keep their shop clean and organized and it's a comfortable environment.
They have an amazing selection of used phones both newer and older models for amazing prices. They also have a wide variety of cellphone cases and other accessories. I saw a couple used MacBook air laptops and I was heavily tempted to purchase one of them but I had to resist that temptation today.
I will be back here to upgrade to a newer model cellphone in the near future.

“Massive shout out to the guys at this location. I was having trouble accessing my brother's phone after he passed away, and they were able to help me without any hassle. They were super knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure that all of us (four separate parties in that small office, but it worked) in there at the time knew we were important and they would be with us in a short time. Waited about ten minutes as 4th in line, so cannot complain about that at all. Thanks again to the guys there!”

“Highly recommend this store and specifically LOGAN! He helped us add a few lines to our family plan and was completely transparent about every charge and fee and what he would do or not do whether it was at his benefit or not. Typically I leave phone stores feeling ripped off or unhappy and I left knowing what my new bill would be and have loved my new phone and watch. He also got us started with new Verizon internet that had perks that dropped some of our other bills enough to cover the new phone, watch and lines we added. I will add that he reached out about a week later to check that everything was working properly for us too. GREAT customer service!”
