“Just a quick update as I continue to live here 7 years after this review was written. Everything below continues to hold true! The fact I am still here after 7 years proves it. I do want to add that I am disabled and I am very grateful for the staffs help and understanding as my needs can be different from the average person. The staff continue to do their best for any of those needs. They have been exceptional.
Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!”

“I can't say enough about Rhone Todd-Fields and Griffis South Waterfront in Portland! Such a friendly, clean and upbeat place to visit! Love, love, love the coffee/espresso machine in the lobby! I live out of state but am hoping to rent at Griffis South Waterfront soon!! Lovely place to live, beautiful park across the street, local awesome restaurants and bars-what more could you want?”
“My grandma had a good experience living here almost 10 years, buildings could stand some updates by now but still a good place for a tighter budget. Be mindful of no built in AC in the summer time, but lots of trees kept her unit pretty shaded and cool for the first 7 years”

“Great experience. I've been renting here for about a month and the leasing office is quick and on top of things—Tyler made the process quick and easy. The location is SO GOOD for a mid budget spot. Everything is clean, no porch pirates, you're close to everything, maintenence is fast, everyone is friendly. Love it.”

“These apartments have been hear for a long time and they have remodeled the units. I’ve been renting for 5 months now and it’s been pretty quiet at night . They keep up on the landscaping and keep it clean and the recreation area is awesome. The manager Mrs Rodrigues is easy to get along with and she’s on top of what goes on at the apartments. Having a manager that’s easy to get along with is important if you ask me . Best part of living there is you got all stores in walking distance and max station right next to us , that’s a plus if you have no car. Loving it .”

“My partner and I recently moved into a Milestone Property. We had an ant problem and they were very timely with our maintenance request. Donny came out to help and he was awesome!! I wanted to give him a shout out because he did such a great job. Kristina has also been very responsive and accommodating during our whole move in process.”
“I've been living here for over 3 years and unfortunately the rent increases yearly it quickly becomes unaffordable. However, the management has nothing to do with those, it comes from the owners directly. I must say that when maintenance was requested it was usually taken care of promptly. Kayden, the office manager, has been nothing but kind and more than understanding of situations that are out of our control. The new management has put in some long, hard hours of work to bring this place back up to standard after the previous management team dropping the ball repeatedly. Try to keep that part in mind, they are simply fixing the problems caused by prior management. The new maintenance guy, Jacob, is relatable and prompt. If the rent wasn't so high, I would totally stay here. I would highly recommend them as a safe, quite (most of the time, depending on your neighbors, some of them can be very, very loud) neighborhood. Thank you for your hospitality, Kayden! “I've lived here with my gf for more than 3 months and it's such a wonderful little community right here! Dixie and Meghan are up to date and involved with the residents and they do events every month or so that involves prizes! I can't speak for other units, but where we're at, our neighbors are so kind and quiet and for the most part everyone minds their own business here. Definitely a nice area to live in for sure :) Parking is a little funky, but if you don't mind walking a little distance if you have a 2nd car then it's nothing too big. But overall, wonderful apartments!”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been renting here for 2 years and have had no issues besides maybe some HUMAN errors. This management has left us alone. Isn't over bearing, gives proper and formal written notices for any house work/increases, ect.I've really only dealt with Angie and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place because of her. She's made everything so smooth for us since day one.”
“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

Me and my wife were interested in a storage unit, due to some amazing luck a garage opend up and she let us know about it, loved the amazing customer service and highly recommend giving the place a look.”

I am a pretty new resident but the current manager is such a great person very professional and listens to anything you may need, her husband does some of the maintenance and is a kind person as well, the location of these apartments are excellent can barely hear the busy roads nearby and its extremely quiet and peaceful here, the inside of my unit is in great condition very spacious as well. ?”

“I'm on day 11 of a newly adopted cat, and Matthew made maintenance of my dishwasher easy. I've lived at Arya for 10 years, and my dishwasher has never had an issue. Of course, it started for him, but he wasn't dismayed about the unnecessary visit. He did tell me 30 seconds of switching the breaker off would do a hard reset. I'm making appointments because of my new cat, and Matthew called while I was on lunch and came over. Excellent service!”
