He also told me how I could transfer all of my photos and contacts. He also helped me set up my email. “I appreciate that from the start to finish, this T-mobile team was friendly, helpful with presenting economic options for our phone technology wishes, and made our longer phone to phone data transfer time well-spent. We initially worked with Manny, who clearly understands getting best value for things you want, and he did well with checking in during the whole process. JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. “I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”

“I went into this location tonight pretty disgruntled from my day, and letting off my steam towards the employees with my current issue (that wasn’t even their fault, but my phone being buggy). Addy quickly addressed it, apologized for any inconvenience even though it was out of there hands, and went above and beyond assisting me with my phone, doing network resets, updates, everything I wouldn’t have known to do. They also gave me alternative ways to solve my problem if this didn’t work. All I can say is I AM IMPRESSED. She and her assistant manager (Jessica I believe, sorry I’m terrible with names) could have easily said it wasn’t their problem and sent me on my way, instead they took over an hour helping me diagnose my problems, find solutions, and even saved me tons of money on the side by switching to their internet too. This kind of customer service is unheard of now. I am beyond pleased, and left with a huge smile on my face. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, that being said addy deserves a raise! They even gave me a new screen protector since mine had broken. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I played all the scenarios of how it could go in my head before coming in, I didn’t expect to get this kind of commitment. A+++ :)”

“This review is for the T-Mobile retail store near Pioneer Courthouse Square in PDX. Our first visit in to this store and they were exceptionally helpful and kind. We were mainly helped by the manager Lee who went above and beyond to make sure our requests were taken care of, from porting a phone from another carrier to helping us with home internet. Patient, friendly, welcoming staff... have never had such a stellar experience in a cell phone store. I'd give 10 stars if I could, these folks are amazing. Thanks again for taking care of us.”

“This is not a review of the product. This is *only* about the customer service. Long term Verizon customer, looking to make some changes. Friends are suggesting TMobile, so I go in with 1001 questions, and very clear that I am not buying anything at this point. Derek was everything I want in a customer service position. He answered all of my questions, even when I asked the same thing several times. I never felt like he had something better to do - like help someone who would be buying something. He didn't try to push one product over another, which is a rarity in most stores. I have a brand loyalty, and he respected that. He listened to my concerns about my current (soon to be ex) service. He addressed each of the items and what to expect from TMobile. He listened to what *I* need in a device (which is very different from a lot of people), and made recommendations based on my needs. I am not yet sure if TMobile is going to be the right service for me, but Derek very much is the go-to guy for all my questions. And, TBH, observing the other two folks on duty, they seem (from a distance) to be the same way. This leads me to believe that this starts with the manager setting a good example.”

“Wow! The manager at this location, Kylie, went way above and beyond what she had to do in order to help us solve our tech problems. My husband and I, not tech savvy to say the least, came in the store and were thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She exudes amazing patience, is kind, humorous, and has the ability to truly multi-task; everyone who came in the door was helped by her with a wide smile and a positive can do attitude. We hope she is appreciated by her bosses and given any upward mobility she might desire.”

“It has been a month since we switched over to Sherwood Broadband. I was a bit apprehensive about pulling the plug on the Comcast wi-fi. We noticed an immediate difference on speed once we changed over. At certain times of the day the Comcast wi-fi would slow down and sometimes have none at all or have to reboot to tower. The tech Tony was great and made sure everything worked. He even stayed to make sure my office computer was connected and he had to do some re-wiring, which I think was beyond the call of service. A true professional and on time. They did a great job and highly recommend you switch over to Sherwood Broadband.”

“I went into this store overwhelmed & upset about losing a lot of important information on my phone. T-Mobile itself could only do so much. My hope to recover the items faded. Noah saw this. He step out of just doing all a T-Mobile employee could do. As a person he went over & beyond in helping me do anything I could to recover what he could see was important to me. His effort to try truly changed my day. The act of kindness he showed gave me hope again in that moment. Regardless if it could be fixed. Seeing someone serve others selflessly is rare. Even if I could not get all my information restored then. I left with a better understanding of if you can't fix it for someone, you can still find a way to help. Thank you. “I've recently been to two T Mobile locations to explore upgrading our phones and internet service. I have to admit I'm human and automatically prejudge people, which I did in both these experiences. My prejudgment told me this isn't going to go well because these people are sooooo young. I cannot tell how delighted I was when these "young" people were clear in their communication, knew exactly the answers to all my questions and concerns, worked with alacrity, and left me feeling confident in their expertise.”
