“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a lady named Desirae. I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch and also getting its own line so I can hike without taking my phone. I went into another location, which they were unsuccessful. They told me it was on when it was not then I tried to do it on my own at home, which I also have problems with, but I went into the store and Desirae helped me and figured out the problem. I left the store, happy and in smiles thank you so much. I appreciate what you do.”

There were three workers, two Hispanics and one American, they treated us well and answered our questions very kindly, the problem was with a woman who apparently is in charge of the establishment who treated us in a somewhat arrogant manner, she barely treated us, if we had a question about the line change, she was only talking to one of the workers and didn't look at us at all. Maybe because we are immigrants, although taking into account that this lady is also an immigrant, I don't understand her attitude. Anyway, I'm sorry for the other three workers who have such an irritating and unempathetic boss.”

Not only did Abby assist me personally, she assisted my entire family. She maintained a pleasant demeanor knowing she wasn't getting the initial commission. Additionally, she was able to correct mistakes made by the Mall 205 store visited the previous day. We were poorly treated there with appalling attitudes.
