“I was looking for a EGO mower late in the season and stopped in to see if they had one. The mower they had was mis-marked and wasn’t the one I was looking for. Cory B. (Store Manager) stepped in and ordered the mower and had it for me in 3 days at a very very fair price. I will be driving to Johnson’s for all my hardware needs, supporting local is important to me, and Cory’s attention and customer focus was much appreciated and gained a customer moving forward. Cory brought “customer service” back to the retail shopping experience!!!”

“They price matched Amazon on an identical part from the same manufacturer. I like this! I now have a brick and mortar place near by so if anything goes sideways I don't have to deal with the circus of return rules. Dealing with multiple steps along with the make them wait attitude I've been given by sellers on the big A in the past.”

“Came in for a few lags. Everyone was very friendly. It's a family run business. Dad Mom and Daughter. They made my daughter's day pointing out the stuffed toy Racoon. (keep an eye out) And despite me being confident I didn't need help... Dad ended up helping me find exactly what I needed. Great little store. Will definitely be back.”

“Prefer to shop for tools here than Lowes or Home Depot. Better service, that's for sure. You can find deals everywhere, and the tools are top notch in quality.”

“The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The gentleman in shop downstairs was able to find the snow blower belt i needed while he was simultaneously helping another customer on the phone. Great store!”

“Nice greenhouse. I went to check out their houseplants and cacti. I was not disappointed in the variety and found some less common types. All of the plants looked really healthy. I will definitely be visiting again.”

“What can I say? I love Harbor Freight anywhere. They are all nice stores and have everything I need for my garage. It was nice to see my neighbor from decades ago working here. I was shocked to bump into someone I lived by so many years so far away from town. Hi Vicky! I'm well stocked up on Predator engines for my minibike projects. Thanks for bringing my minibike engine to the register 😉”

“If you're a planner or purchaser for a company in the Latrobe and surrounding area, this is a solid source for invetory and small quantity hardware. They note their customers' input and seem to always work towards meeting their customer's needs.”

“Fantastic hometown hardware store that actually cares about you! I may be biased living 5 minutes away but these are the nice group of people I've ever spoken to. I have probably shopped this location over 100 times and each time I'm greeted, asked if I needed help, or if they could carry anything to my vehicle. I personally utilize this store for random home DIY projects, bird food and seed, and anything else that is appealing. Prices are fine, as expected. Selection is depended on what you need, sometimes stock is an issue but hey, they went bankrupt in 2024, so possibly rebounding after the buyout.”

“super nice employees who helped me load a wire cable spool into my truck for my goats. each phone call I made to the store, they were very friendly. my husband has bought supplies from this company and had the same feedback: kind people. and that’s the kind of business worth supporting these days!”

“Tractor supply has a great inventory of things for the farm and home. It's a great place to come check out and see all the different merchandise they have. Right now. They have small chicks for sale. It is very cool to go in and watch them. Kids would love to see that. They have very good prices on most things. I enjoy going there.”

“They have shop kitties!!!! That alone has me wanting to visit again. But also, lots of beautiful indoor plants, perfect for Christmas trees (they name each one) and so many goods to shop for !!!”

“Unfortunately they are VERY understaffed. Due to being understaffed there are things that need stocked on the shelves, but no employees to do the work. PLEASE hire!!!”

“I went into the Mount Pleasant store last week after getting paint mixed at the Irwin location. The color was off initially, so I figured I’d give this store a try instead. At the paint counter I was helped by a young manager named Brandon. He was so nice and really listened to what I was saying. He ended up darkening the paint three different times until it finally looked right. I really appreciated how patient he was — super easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for the customer service!”

“I recently began work here. This business prioritizes its customers and the quality they receive in a way I have rarely seen. The owner goes to every job site, the installers all work directly for us, and every job is not complete until it is complete right. They will even work with emergencies and special circumstances, without gouging or getting what they can. Truly an honest and customer focused mindset. As a young man growing up in a landscape of corporations that don’t care, it has been amazing to see and become a part of.”

“I cannot speak for any other APR or Oasis location, but my experience in Greensburg, PA was AWESOME - and the credit goes to Nicole Rhea!!! Every customer service/sales person should be like her. The 2020/2021 COVID supply/delivery issues were frustrating enough, but her patience and following up on materials as well as the overall progression of my project is unsurpassed. I would definitely recommend Oasis Showrooms by APR Supply Co in Greensburg, PA!”

“Great place had the cartridges that I needed unlike the other 2 plumbing houses I visited in Greensburg looking for the parts. Elite was happy to help me and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them like the ones in Greensburg did as they just dismissed my questions and made me feel like I was bothering them while they where playing on their phones. Elite will be my go to plumbing place.”

“During my checkout yesterday, one of your employees, Mary, asked to help me. She was outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and she showed me how to use my military discount on your system. Lowe’s not only has great products, your Latrobe store has wonderful employees such as Mary.”

“Due to my job I tend to visit Home Depot locations all over the country. As with the vast majority of locations, this one is well stocked and most of the check out people are very friendly. I don't tend to interact with department staff, because I know what I need and where to get it(I'm a Pro). I would say that this location is a good one!”
200 Colony Ln, Latrobe PA 15650
“Great helpful staff. Always willing to help. Make suggestions and let me know if something doesn't work out I should come back and they will help make it right.”

“The woman working at the paint counter was friendly. We got to talking about the weather. She even gave the forcast when I asked. Haha. She mixed me up a can of paint and sent me on my way. Lowes is my favorite store.”
