“I recently had an issue with a mobile deposit. I had called multiple times and was not able to get anyone who could tell me what was going on then they even froze my account what a mess! Luckily at this location they have an amazing banker Kimberly she was so kind and empathetic and she got to the bottom of the issue and went to the source and got it all straightened out.”

“Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.”
“I had to close my joint account because unfortunately my significant other passed away. I had the fortune of working with Hamida during this time. Although it was a lengthy and difficult time and process to close the account, she really had a professionalism and authentic approach to my circumstance. The account couldnt close due to an issue. She had told me she wpuld keep an eye out. And lo and behold, she called me a few weeks later with information. Its rare that someone goes above and beyond. And to me, she did!

“I love PNC mainly because the virtual wallet is so easy to use, but their locations are great. The one at Blackburn and Beaver feels like an old-timey bank. Really helpful tellers, neat local pictures on the walls, and there is never a line.”
“The pnc customer service line and the listed services for the 225 fifth Ave branch (not this one) include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I asked if they could do it as they were just standing there and they said no because I need an appointment. So I walked down the street to this 120 fifth Ave branch in the first avenue place building and they can't be more helpful. She was empathetic and listened. The banker at this branch today brightened my day so thanks.”
