455 Old Baltimore Pike, Chadds FordA truly wonderful experience with Dr. Herrmann and the team at VDS! I was very concerned about our fur baby, Hillary, being under anesthesia and they all made sure to ease my concerns, were extremely empathetic to my situation, and communicated with me constantly throughout the whole procedure and post-op.
Hillary was also experiencing a very intense dermatological issue that required her to go under in order to take skin biopsies. I did not want her going under again so Dr. Herrmann so graciously performed not only the dental surgery, but took three biopsies in order to avoid Hillary going under general a second time.
This was the best investment I could have made for Hillary and my peace of mind. The office itself was so calm and everyone was so welcoming, that I knew right away they would take the best care of her. They made sure to stay in communication with me post-op and even followed up about her skin biopsies before the dermatologist did! Just all around high remarks and major gratitude to this team for making a usually stressful experience, peaceful and uncomplicated. THANK YOU and much love from Hillary, Casey, and Quincy.

12 Beaver Valley Rd, Chadds FordI had taken my dog with me on a several hour drive. About an hour after leaving home, I realized I didn't have a leash to use to give him a potty break! I was running late, but looking for a pet store or something on my side of the highway so I could run in quick and get a leash, but I couldn't find anything. I saw the sign for this vet and hoped they would be open and have leashes for purchase. They didn't have any for sale, but were happy to give me a free one from a drug rep that had dropped them off. So... LONG story short, they were very sweet and helpful, and if I was in the area again and was in need of their assistance, I would definitely go here!

Paw Prints Forever Crematory
232 Wilmington West Chester Pike, Chadds FordOutstanding service and kindness. They are responsive, communicate clearly and are very transparent. As opposed to other places we have dealt with they allow you to observe your animal through a window going into the individual crematorium. I asked that he have his favorite toy with him which they placed between his hands. There was no attempt to upsell any of their services. They made a terrible experience bearable. We selected an urn and they went out immediately and got the decal with his name so we would not have to come back a second time. He was cremated, had a paw pint taken and his name on an urn in approximately two hours. We would give them more than five stars if possible. Such a great place at such a terrible time.
