T & M assured me the patio heaters I rented (long distance and with a short lead time) would arrive on time and in good working order. This Lowe's always seems to have what we NEED in stock, which is nice! If we have to do an online order for materials, it's prepared and ready to go quickly! “Absolutely recommend this location. If you need an appliance, go to Adam. Super helpful. Manager Matt there is also incredibly helpful. I made a mistake that resulted in the wrong appliance being delivered. They brought it back, refunded me promptly, and allowed me to get a different appliance. No issues, they were kind, not annoyed, and just overall pleasant experience even though I made a mistake.”

“Flatbed overnight parked in the front near the beams They start From 8am to 3pm got unloaded in 10 mins. To get unloaded it’s actually in the yard on Old Route 8N the yard behind. Be careful kinda tricky to get in the entrance is at a slant from PA 228.”

“The associates at the Butler store and many others in the Pittsburgh area work their asses off to help solve people's problems period. There are over +250k products in any given store that range in size, weight, height, etc. Keeping them in stock (so you can buy them) is no easy task either. Everyone should work in retail to see how much work goes into running an operation like this. The seasonally alone is impressive, and they have the best brands compared to any of their competitors. This store should be your first stop every time. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. #howdoersgetmoredone”

“Cyber Monday we bought a Christmas tree. It was a $200 tree on sale for $80. This tree is beautiful. 7 feet tall with lifelike needles, pre-lit. It comes with a remote to change the patterns and wrote l white to multi colored lights. We bought the floor model, so there was no box, but we got the directions. We thought they would take it apart, but we had to. That was my only complaint.”
