“I cannot remember the workers name that helped me but she was an absolute delight. She took me away from my group of friends to make sure I was comfortable and gave me choices of how I wanted to be measured and was an amazing help for my outfit to my friends wedding. The outfit looked great, I got a lot of compliments and overall, I was comfortable temperature wise and the clothes were very comfortable as well. A bit pricey, but they got some good online deals for men as well. I'd give 6 stars if I could 😁”

“DSW is a chain retail store that sells shoes and accessories from some designers and many name brands. I shopped here once recently. Of course, the store does not have as large of a selection of merchandise as online, but I liked the shoes and accessories and their prices. I bought two pairs of socks, and the cashier performed her job well.”
“Famous brands in cheap prices. The lady staff was so helpful and provides a wonderful customer service. We went there yesterday for my kids shoes. I like to recommend people to go there.”

“I stopped by Shoe Fly on a whim to try on a pair of shoes that had been recommended to me. When I walked in I was so kindly greeted by Jack. Jack was the absolute pinnacle of true customer service. I explained issues I’d been having with previous shoes I had bought elsewhere, and Jack recommended doing a foot scan to truly get the best understanding of how he could help me. Once the scan was done, Jack recommended the perfect insoles and shoes for me to finally feel comfortable walking long distances. The entire time of trying on different shoes, Jack helped me in and out of every shoe, tying the laces, the whole nine yards, all while holding a conversation with me. The kind of customer service we’ve all come to miss. Jack was truly the reason I decided to even move forward with making a purchase today. I would recommend him every time and I will always go back to Shoe Fly to see Jack!”
