“This shoe store is out of this world wonderful! My wife has problems with her feet and was picky about the shoes that she wears. These wonderful women actually do what shoe stores are supposed to do, make sure you get the shoes that you want and will be comfortable in. Her feet were measured (length and width) and told the sales woman an idea of what she was looking for. The lady disappeared into the back and came out with 12 boxes!!! My wife tried on each pair and found the ones she wanted, but the left one didn't fit quite right. So, the sales lady stretched part of the top of the shoe, and placed a "spacer" (for lack of the correct name for it) in the heel of the shoe. That fixed them! We were sold!More shoe stores should take a hint and go back to the way it should be done!!!”
“Purchased a pair of boots about 11 months ago through Sam. A few days ago the stitches starting coming apart at the top of the boot. Took them in this morning when they first opened up and I do believe the female was the manager but not sure, But she replaced the boots with a brand new pair because she said the boots can not be repaired because of the location of the stitches on the boot. It's nice that companies like this still care about there customers. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high qaulity of boots.”

A very nice store with lots of selections. Clean and obviously well kept. Quality merchandise (or I can assure you my daughter would not purchase anything there...lol).Nice place, nice staff!”

I actually stayed for an hour with my mom talking to them about personal issues one employee was having and they helped us with personal issues we were having. Now how many places do you meet people that you can open up to like that? That was the first for me. Love that store for the people working there.”
“I've only ordered online but SHOE SHOW MEGA & SHOE DEPT ENCORE are great! I have ordered a lot from them and loved every pair I've gotten from BEAR PAW boots to Blowfish Malibu sneakers & everything in between. Their prices are ALWAYS the best with a huge selection of every brand, and the SALES they have are just unbeatable. I've never been in the store, but you can make returns there for free & shipping is free with any order over $49 & your shoes arrive really fast! I love love this shoe company!”
