“I had such a great experience at Alido’s—especially thanks to the incredibly kind and patient staff. I had a $500 order, and when I went to run my card, it flagged as fraud. After approving it, I tried again but it still wouldn’t go through. It was all I had on me, so I had to call my husband to PayPal me the money. I was so flustered and honestly embarrassed, but the cashier was unbelievably calm, kind, and never once showed any frustration. They were so patient and understanding, and that made a stressful moment so much easier. Huge kudos to the staff—you truly made a difference in my day!”

“Had a small chicken curry and a beef patty from the Tin Mackrille, both were very enjoyable. I was hoping for some very spicy food which I'm afraid to say it was not spicy. Nevertheless the portion was perfect and I was well satisfied with the food. The staff also gave me a sample of their Mango Pineapple Ginger drink. This was fantastic! I would stop there again just for that drink. Looking forward to going back to try their ox tail.”
“Hands down the best Submarine Sandwiches in town. The Ham Salad sandwiches and subs have been a favorite of mine since as far back as I can remember. They used to have the original gobs and the sani-dairy iced tea I liked as well. Family oriented and made fresh sandwiches and subs, will have you craving for Kochs every time you pass by on your way in or out of town, via Route #56.”

“They recently replaced the main sign on the front of the store to bring it up to 2025 Giant Eagle standards.
I have only good things to say about this place. The small sandwich section in the back is reliable. The restrooms for customers are old school: in the back of the store, behind industrial doors, past the spartan employees’ break room, and in the storage area. When you visit those restrooms, you feel like you’ve entered that warehouse where the fight happens at the end of the “Beat It” video.”

“Food is top notch, Sheetz doesn't come close. Also very friendly, and not in the "I'm working so I have to be polite", kinda way, but genuine. Same people have been working there for years too, and low turnover is a good way to judge employee treatment. In that way, getgo and sheetz both take good care of there people.”

“Only in East Conemaugh’s Dollar General parking lot can you pull in, be jamming, and by jamming I mean, blasting the radio, singing along and dancing to Billy Idol’s Mony Mony and look over and see a guy fixing his car, but yet dancing in the parking lot along with you and your music!!!”

“It's a walmart. What more can i say? Employees were friendly, everything i wanted was in stock and unlike the Indiana walmart is not overwhelmingly busy. Or should i say that there's less idiots standing side by side with their carts in an aisle blocking it. Just a completely different crowd compared to Indiana.”

“The new Dollar General on Route 160 is such a nice store to shop in it's roomy clean and lots of things on the shelves to choose from. The people that working there are very friendly and very helpful will definitely shop there again.”
“Giant eagle in Ebensburg has taking on tons of customers from several rite aide and do the best they can to handle the influx and are polite and do the best they can do with the staff they had before hand also they are in process of enlarging the pharmacy and hiring more staff to handle the overwhelming customers they inherited so cut them some slack till they get their pharmacy up to par.”
